From the inspiration of the post "Japanese interface string"( http://openbve.freeforums.org/japanese- ... -t121.html ),
I also have translated the interface_en.cfg for version 0.8. to Traditional Chinese (繁體中文).

The name of the cfg file is named "interface_tw.cfg".

I have tested the Traditional Chinese cfg file for several times, and it works yet.
Please use it if you like.

I have not really decided on which language code standard to use, but I am currently considering zh-tw for Traditional Chinese (Taiwan), zh-hk for Traditional (or Simplified) Chinese (Hong Kong), zh-cn for Simplified Chinese (Mainland) and zh-sg for Chinese (Singapore).

Thus, I have used the language code zh-tw for your language.
