How to activate ATC?

I have recently discovered a lot of Japanese routes and train that I can run on openbve. Some of the routes request ATC to be activated. Does anyone know how to do this? Also, there are some Japanese trains that I cannot get to move. Is there a site anywhere that explains in english how to operate some of these trains?

Could you be more specific? Which trains?

One of the trains is the trta01_ver2. There are others, I will look them up. I found this train at http://greenshuttle.loops.jp/bve/ginza.html
