Making openBVE .NET Library Edition

Would someone like to make a .NET 2.0 Library for openBVE?
I found it very difficult to make something else related to openBVE, such as an Object Editor with preview function.
Problems, solutions, problems, solutions...
Tired on these, and trying to make openBVE train Exterior, then...
Problems... ###again### Crazy...
