Hi all

Got a problem running open on my machine, the spec is:
Dell GX260
Windows XP pro
SP1
Pentium 4 - 2ghz
512 ram
whatever onboard graphics/sound cards it was supplied with.

Whenever I try to load open I get this message:

'the application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135). Click on OK to terminate the
application'

This is starting to wind me up now because it ran perfectly on this machine previously, but since a rebuild it's been playing silly buggers, even though it's the same set up as it was originally!

Any help would be much appreciated as it's now been at least a month since I've been able to run bve

The mostly likely reason is that you didn't install the .NET Framework. Please see the Getting started pages on the homepage for instructions.
