I made some modifications in pt-PT.cfg to create pt-BR.cfg language file and insert the brazilian flag on my openBVE and i like to distribute that to interested people... How i can do it?

One way is the way you did it, meaning to post it here so others can download it from here. The other way is that I include it with openBVE, if that's what you want.
